Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All VILI products are custom-made and printed on demand. This means your order is created specifically for you after purchase.

Production Time:

2-5 Business Days

After production, your order will be shipped.

During high-demand periods (holidays, sales), production may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

These are estimated times and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all destinations
  • Free Shipping: On orders over 100€ (France & EU)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order:

  • Via the link in your shipping confirmation email
  • In your account under "My Orders"

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

5. International Orders

We ship worldwide! Please note for international orders:

  • Customs & Duties: You may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
  • Customs Delays: International packages may be delayed by customs processing.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • Check the tracking information for updates
  • Contact your local postal service
  • Contact us at contact@viliday.com if the issue persists

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
